3.0 HR. (TC) Prerequisite: PSY 110 with a grade of C or better or department approval. This course emphasizes the application of psychological principles and research to the learning process. It includes the foundational areas within educational psychology: learning, development, motivation, teaching, assessment, and the emerging influence of neuroscience and cognitive psychology in education. Three lecture hours per week.
