1.0 HR. (TC) Prerequisite: PHYED 180, 181 and 182. This course is a continuation of PHYED 182 and is designed to further the student's understanding of aerobic fitness, to raise aerobic performance levels and to attain the benefits of regular exercise. Two laboratory hours per week.
