OTA111 — OT Process: Indiv/Groups

4.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. This course addresses the fundamental concepts of occupational therapy for individual and group interventions, group development and group dynamics to support occupational performance, participation, and well-being across the lifespan with a primary focus on the aging process. Level I fieldwork experience is completed. Three lecture hours and two laboratory hours per week.
