(TC) This course is designed to provide an introduction to music fundamentals: music notation, scales, rhythm, harmony, melody, ear training, basic sight-singing, familiarity with the keyboard, and an optional composition. Recommended for non-music majors who wish to learn music basics and future music majors with insufficient background for music theory. Three lecture hours per week.
