3.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: Admitted into the Health Information Technology program and placement into Math 111 or higher, or equivalent. This course includes basic mathematical statistical concepts, along with healthcare-specific calculations including length of stay, inpatient service days, occupancy, and rates. Three lecture hours per week.
