3.0 HR (OC) Prerequisite: CMNET 175 with a grade of C or better or department approval. This course covers the fundamentals of cloud computing on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and provides opportunities for students to build a variety of IT infrastructures through a guided, hands-on approach. It is designed to teach solutions architects how to optimize the use of the AWS Cloud by understanding AWS services and how the services fit into cloud-based solutions. This course is aligned with the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification. Two lecture and two lab hours per week.
