3.0 HR. (OC) This is one of two courses designed to provide students with the latest skills needed by today's computer support professionals. Instruction includes but is not limited to: installing and configuring operating systems including Windows, iOS, Android, macOS, and Linux. It also addresses security, the fundamentals of cloud computing and operational procedures. This course is aligned to CompTIA's A+ certification. Two lecture and two laboratory hours per week.
