AGRI133 — Livestock Evaluation I
1.0 HR. (OC) This course provides for the study of relationships between form and function in the live evaluation and selection of beef cattle, swine, sheep and goats. The student studies how to make accurate decisions about livestock quality and to defend those decisions with logical reasons. Two laboratory hours per week.
