EDU4216 — Secondary Teaching Internship Content
A 16-week experience in grades 7-12 in a public school where knowledge of content is assessed by an experienced teacher, licensed in the content area and a content university supervisor. An Impact on Student Learning Project is assessed based upon the content standards defined by the appropriate specialized professional association. Together with Clinical Internship a total of four evaluations will take place with corrective feedback shared in a post-observation conference. Co-requisite: EDU 4256. EDU 4241-3. Independent Research. A course designed for individuals wishing to work one-on-one with a faculty member to complete a project in a specific area of interest. Permission of the instructor is required.
