MUA 1472 — 1482, 2472, 2482 – Percussion for Music Education Majors
I, II, III, IV (Co-requisite: MUS 1911, 1921, 2911, 2921 respectively). Percussion instruction for music majors and advanced non -music majors with an emphasis on percussion instrumental playing. Designed to teach the fundamental principles of playing, explore moderate to advanced levels of literature and develop the student’s interest in playing. One hour private instruction. Six hours practice. Two hours credit.
