DBT 1214 — Database Architecture and Administration

This course is designed to give students a firm foundation in basic database tasks enabling them to design, create, and maintain a database. Students will gain a conceptual understanding of database architecture and how its components work and interact with one another. Students will also learn to create an operati onal database and properly man age the various structures. Two hours lecture. Three hours laboratory. Four hours credit.
