IDT2313 — Sign-to-Voice Interpreting I
Add to Catalog 3 ( There is an emphasis on the use of tapes and simulated situations. Vocabulary development, word endings, and the use of temporary signs are discussed. Students will learn to translate simultaneously from manual English to spoken English and learn to interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to spoken English while keeping appropriate English diction. (3 hr lecture)
