NURS 196 — Emergency Medical Training

Trains operators of emergency vehicles (ambulances). Upon successful completion of the course, the student will receive a certificate from the Department of Public Health and will be qualified to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician examination. Delivery of course content is through 71 clock hours of lecture and a minimum of ten hours in clinical observation and training.
