ART 201 — Intro Photography I
This course covers the history of the medium, as well as techniques for capturing images, telling stories through images, and expressing your creativity with your camera. We will learn about digital editing, good composition, and printing. You will also be introduced to the concept of photographing people along with objects. Both composition and aesthetic quality are emphasized using the student’s camera. Classroom instruction and hands-on practice through assignments will help you learn to get the most from your own photographic eye.
