LNDC1500 — Small Business Management
This course prepares students to manage and grow a landscape or horticulture business once it is launched. Students learn how to develop pricing strategies, manage client relationships, plan equipment purchases, and oversee financial health. Special focus is given to day-to-day operations, staffing and marketing in the green industry. By the end of the course, students will complete a marketing plan tailored to their personal goals.
