HIST1400 — Contemporary World History

This course explores topics of modern history from World War II to present. Topics covered will include the following: the Cold War, social and economic patterns, peace initiatives, global terrorism, neo-imperialism, and decolonization. This course meets Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) goal areas 5 and 8.

Prerequisites: ENGL0960, ENGL0921
