CELE2040 — National Electrical Code II
This course expands student knowledge of essential NEC wiring and protection requirements, focusing on branch circuits, feeders, services, overcurrent protection, grounding and bonding, and wiring methods. Students apply NEC Chapters 1–4 in greater depth and develop the ability to evaluate electrical installations for compliance. Code calculations involving ampacity adjustment, conduit fill, overcurrent protection, and equipment grounding are emphasized. NEC II builds the core code competency required for advanced applications and licensure preparation.
