BUSN2220 — Training, Development, and Performance Management
This course explores how adult learning principles can be used to create effective training programs. Students will investigate how to assess training needs, choose the right learning methods, and use new technology platforms. The course covers creating development plans that align with company goals, designing performance reviews, and measuring learning results and ROI. Additionally, students will explore how to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and work toward making programs more inclusive and engaging.
