This course explores how to develop effective total compensation strategies for organizations. It covers identifying key compensation components for talent attraction and retention, connecting compensation philosophy to organizational culture, and applying job evaluation methods for equitable pay structures. Students will explore how to analyze market compensation data, evaluate benefits programs, utilize HRIS for compensation administration, and design legally compliant performance-based pay programs. Students will explore practical applications that align compensation strategies with business objectives.
