BUSN2205 — Employment Law and Labor Relations

This course covers essential legal knowledge and practical skills in employment law. Students will explore employment regulations, interpret legal requirements, and develop compliant Human Resources (HR) policies across critical areas including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and workplace safety. Students will discover best practices for managing workplace legal challenges, mitigating organizational risks, and navigating complex labor relations.
