BUSN2080 — Project Management

This course will provide an overview of Project Management. The class will include design metrics for analyzing projects, and utilize tools required for tracking progress. The course will provide a framework for selecting, prioritizing, and scoping projects, while developing project charters.

Prerequisites: ENGL0921, ENGL0930
