BUSN1075 — Business Conflict and Negotiation
This is a college level course in negotiating and managing conflict in business. The course covers the overall process of negotiation, from preparation through bargaining and agreement. The focus of the course is negotiation to create value and building long-term relationships among negotiators and the organizations they represent. The course will address conflict and dispute resolution techniques and tools, both informal and formal.
Prerequisites: ENGL0921
