ATEC2100 — Automotive Professional Service

This course familiarizes students with the concepts of automotive professional service. The course will cover topics such as greeting customers, interpreting repair orders and proper repair techniques. This course meets all applicable National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) standards.
