SON 1000 — Basic Sonography
Designed to present the fundamental principles of sonography to the entry level sonography student. The focus of the course will be the role of the sonographer in the health care environ- ment, professionalism and the legal issues facing the health care provider. Students will be introduced to the relevance of sonography in abdominal, obstetrical and gynecologic imaging and basic sonographic physics and instrumentation.
