MCB 1060L — Food Microbiology Laboratory
This course is designed to accompany MCB 1060. Aseptic tech- niques and the culturing of microorganisms are presented. Various techniques for culturing foods, performing food counts, preparing food using micro-organisms, and sampling the environment for microorganisms are presented. A special fee will be charged for this course.
