Business Intelligence I provides the students with an introduc- tory overview of Business Intelligence, data analytics, and data science theory. It is a course that discusses business intelli- gence (overview of), descriptive analytics, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, big data concepts, and privacy and man- agerial considerations in analytics. Through these topics stu- dents will be introduced to the nature of data, statistics modeling, data visualization, data mining, methods and algo- rithms. are required.
