CVT 2320 — Vascular Ultrasound I
This course provides an introduction to vascular imaging and peripheral vascular angiography. The student will review cer- ebrovascular anatomy and the peripheral vascular systems. This course will cover fundamental introduction to carotid du- plex scanning and peripheral vascular imaging. Students will learn normal and abnormal hemodynamics, protocols and pa- thology relative to cerebrovascular testing. This course will also cover fundamental introduction to peripheral angi- ography.
