Includes service desk operations, roles and responsibilities, processes and procedures, service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation and continual service improvement. Emphasizes communication and teamwork skills through collaborative hands-on assignments and activities. Prerequisite: NET 105 with a grade of C or better.
