BOT 113 — Social Media Basics for the Job Seeker
is an introduction to social media, social media providers, and social media uses. Definitions of social media and related terminology will be provided. Students will learn how to develop Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other accounts to develop a professional profile online. Safety and privacy will be covered. The course is designed for the beginner who wants to learn more about social media and how to use it to create an online professional portfolio. (CSU)
