Focuses on the tactical and operational tasks related to workforce management and the HR function. Topics included: HR operations, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. Prepares students for the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) exam. Enrollment Requirement: Admission into the BAS in Applied Management program; and BUS& 101 , BUS 121 , and BUS 258 ; or instructor consent. Course Fee: $50.00 Course
