Introduces students to the professional and research literature in a humanities, social sciences or science discipline. Students develop the ability to locate, evaluate, and effectively and ethically use information sources and information retrieval systems pertinent to the discipline under study. Students gain an understanding of the object and method of study in the discipline, and compare scholarly with popular sources. May be as a linked course. This is a pass/no credit course. Course
