ECED370 — Nurturing Social and Emotional Development in Young Children
A study of the importance of nurturing and developing positive social and emotional development in young children. Factors that influence a child’s sense of self, their interactions with others, and their approach to learning will be explored. Students will learn and apply principles and strategies that promote social and emotional competencies and guide them in creating inclusive and engaging learning environments. Enrollment Requirement: Admission into BAS in Early Childhood Education or instructor consent. Course
