RAD 100 — Introduction to Rad Tech

This course serves as an introduction to the Radiologic Technology Profession. Subject areas studied are the development of the practice of radiology, medical relationships and ethics, use of basic x-ray equipment and accessories, prime exposure factors, and digital image processing. Practice in the fundamentals of equipment operation and image processing via VR coursework will provide the basis for developing initial psychomotor skills necessary to function as a radiographer.
