FLPD 1000 — Introduction to the Flooring Industry

This course introduces students to the flooring industry and provides a brief overview of the history of the flooring industry with a high-level overview of each process involved in the manufacturing of flooring. Extrusion, Cabling, Creeling, Tufting and Finishing processes are discussed and observed.
