Management / Supervision Certificate
The Management / Supervision Certificate at Glen Oaks Community College provides focused training in leadership, communication, and team management. Designed for working adults, new supervisors, and emerging leaders, this two-semester certificate equips students to lead in fast-paced work environments. The curriculum covers real-world management principles, human relations, and organizational communication. Courses can be applied toward the AAS in Business – Applied or other business programs at GOCC. Available in-person, online, and hybrid formats, with the option to complete fully online.
