HPER 119 - Physical Fitness I HPER 119 - Physical Fitness I 1 Hour(s) An individualized physical fitness program is developed for the student. The student learns the value of a fitness program through class work in a variety of activities. The program improves muscle tone and body movement through cardiovascular exercise. This is an open lab class with attendance standards for a grade. Students must report to the Super Circuit within the first 10 days of the semester.
