CRIM 165 - Strategic Team Building I CRIM 165 - Strategic Team Building I 1 Hour(s) This course provides group challenge, self-confidence, trust and interaction for participants of all ages. Strategic Team Building is an approach to education and recreation and places a high level of expectation within an atmosphere of support and caring. Three levels of situational activities (level one: readiness; level two: low elements/group initiatives; level three: high elements) are designed to promote personal and group responsibility, self-esteem, communication, goal-setting, decision making, and problem-solving skills. This is a required class for DPS majors. Course pring semesters.
