PHOT 109 — F Portrait Photography 3 Units
36 hours lecture and 72 hours lab per term. This course is designed to give the student a working knowledge of creative and experimental portrait styles and techniques. Students will practice techniques for working with people in a studio situation using "hot lights" and with natural light. Students will have an opportunity to investigate and imitate the styles of well-known portrait photographers. Students must provide their own camera with adjustable light controls and focus.
