HORT 170 — F Landscaping Contracting 3 Units
54 hours lecture per term. This course covers the legal requirements and obligations of the landscape contractor, including contractor's law, lien rights, subcontractor regulations and employee labor law. It includes estimating and cost analysis for landscape trades. The course is directed toward preparing the student for passing the State Landscape Contractor's License Examination.
