NUR 2144 - Pharmacological Nursing NUR 2144 - Pharmacological Nursing 2 credits It is designed to facilitate the student’s understanding of the mechanisms of drug actions and provide a safe approach to drug administration. Students learn major drug classifications and selected prototypes along with principles and techniques of safe, effective administration of drugs & other therapeutic agents, drug interactions, legal responsibilities and nursing considerations for specific drugs affecting all body systems.
