CIS 4523 - Managing IT Projects CIS 4523 - Managing IT Projects 3 credits Completion of this course will show competency in each of the methodology phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, but more importantly will provide understanding in how to implement, perform, interpret and apply concepts. In order to be successful, students must engage and collaborate as a team and account for diverse dynamics.
