PLA2114 — Legal Research and Writing II
This course is a continuation of Legal Research and Writing I and is intended to familiarize both practicing and potential paralegals with the problems and procedures in legal research and writing. Students learn to draft various legal documents, including case briefs, legal memoranda and pleadings.
