PLA1104 — Legal Research and Writing I

This course provides an understanding of various components of a law library and emphasizes research skills through the use of digests, encyclopedias, reporter systems, codes, Shepards, ALR and other research tools, including electronic databases. It also includes basic instruction and practice in legal writing and analysis.

Prerequisites: PLA-1104, PLA-1003
