HED0147 — EKG Aide
This course is designed to orient individuals to the structure and function of the human body, professional communication, and interpersonal skills. The student will be able to demonstrate necessary skills and knowledge to perform an EKG while practicing standard precautions, infection control, quality assurance, and safety. The student will be able to recognize normal sinus rhythms and EKG rhythms consistent with a cardiac emergency.
