GLY1102 — Dinosaurs and Disasters
This course covers the history of the Earth beginning 4.6 billion years ago and continuing to the present. Particular emphasis is given to periods of mass extinction, radiation events and the physical factors that lead to both. In addition, dinosaur taxonomy, evolution and physiology are examined. Other major groups of organisms will also be discussed thoroughly.
