ENC2301 — Advanced Writing
This course is designed to help perfect writing skills developed in first-year composition and to prepare students for sustained writing. Emphasis will be on clarity and elegance (with out ostentation) of style. Close readings of samples of good, sophisticated writing will provide the basis for discussion of style and rhetorical principles.
