Officers will respond to a variety of calls for service while on patrol. These calls may involve people with unique challenges, people in crisis, and high-risk groups. This course provides an overview of how to respond safely to the diverse populations officers will encounter. Maintain professionalism and situational awareness at all times when they respond to any scene.
