After completing Lean Yellow Belt certification, students in this course learn how to lead and manage process improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology and project development tools. This course certifies students as Lean Green Belts, and, after completing a full DMAIC project within a calendar year, students are certified as FSCJ Lean Black Belts embedded leaders.
