CCE0058 — Intro to Project Management
This course introduces the field of project management. We will become familiar with the concepts of selecting, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. We will also emphasize and investigate techniques that can be applied to projects of varying size in diverse organizational settings and across a variety of disciplines.
