Financing, personnel recruitment and training, industrial relations, marketing, scheduling, governmental regulations, equipment, and other problems peculiar to air carriers and flight operations are some of the topics covered in this course. Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to describe the rewards and problems associated with operating an aviation-related business.
